Job Responsibilities:-
Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Directs call to higher officials, staff or departments through the switchboard or PBX system.
Receives customer messages and deliver the same to the departments.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Update directory information on the front office software.
Provide relay service for hearing-impaired customers.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service and call handling quotas.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Job Nature:

Educational Requirements:
HSC/BSC/BBA/Honors or equivalent.
